Professional Journey
The Early Days & High School
My journey with computer science started early, by the time I was at High School "G. Marconi" in Latina I was already deeply into coding and algorithms. I graduated with a 100/100 cum laude, competed in the Italian CS Olympics (ranking in the top 2.49%), presented PlantinoCare at the European Maker Faire and even served as a C++ instructor to help prepare other students for competitive problem-solving.
University & Global Perspective
I moved on to Sapienza University of Rome for my B.Sc. in Computer Science, maintaining a strong GPA while serving as a Student Representative across multiple committees, representing 10.000+ peers. Seeking a broader perspective, I enriched my academic path through Erasmus+ experiences at the Universitat de les Illes Balears (Spain) and Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (Portugal), tackling everything from Machine Learning to Network Communications.
Bridging Hardware, Software, & Teams
Professionally, I love getting my hands dirty with both hardware and code. In Sapienza Fast Charge Racing Team I worked as a Software Engineer developing firmware for autonomous vehicles using Simulink and C++. Not long after, I became Head of Marketing & Design for the Sapienza Gladiators Racing Team (not really in line with my technical background, I know ahah), securing over €60k in sponsorships and growing our online presence organically.
On the side, I developed IT Support tools for the Ministry of Justice, brought communities together with Exo Italia, managed speakers for TEDxLatina and much more. What truly drives me is collaborating with brilliant people to make an impact.
Off the Keyboard
Since I spend a lot of my time working on complex tech problems, I really value getting outside whenever I can. I love exploring new places, whether that's running a long distance, hiking a tough trail, or going for a ride on my motorcycle. My main passions outside of work are travelling, motorcycling, running, and trekking. It's simply the best way for me to disconnect and clear my head. Here are a couple of recent milestones I'm particularly proud of.
